One of Bend's annual art festivals is Art in the High Desert. Over 350 artists from 27 states and Canada applied to be in the 2008 festival, and the 2009 festival is shaping up to be even bigger and better! This juried art event will feature some of the best artists in the country, making this a not-to-be-missed event. Catch the 2009 event in August in the beautiful Old Mill District.
