High Desert Gallery & Custom Framing of Central Oregon in cooperation with the Heritage Building in Sisers is pleased to announce a special exhibition of the very collectible Miss Dotty & Yello. Collaboration from regionally acclaimed Oregon Artists, Kathy Deggendorfer and Tonye Belinda Phillips. The Miss Dotty series will be exhibited in the Heritage Building throught July 30, 2009.
