There is always something fun happening in Bend, Oregon. Central Oregon is home to a variety of year-round events from sporting and recreational festivities like the Cascade Cycling Classic and the Pole Pedal Paddle to an array of festivals like Balloons Over Bend, Bend's Bend WinterFest and Summer Festival, the Halloween Cyclocross Crusade & Festival, and free summer concerts at the Les Schwab Amphitheater.

In 2005 the Bend Elks started the Memorial Day youth baseball tournament and have quickly turned it into one of the greatest tournaments in the Northwest. Elements such as the magnificent back drop of the Cascade Mountains & full support from Triple Crown Sports, Bend Metro Parks and Recreation & the local high school baseball programs make this a perfect combination of refined tournament management, natural beauty and great facilities.

We’ll hike down into the canyon carved by Whychus Creek and take a look at the ancient volcanic rocks exposed there. Then we’ll hike back up to a rimrock outcrop of welded tuff for lunch and spectacular views of the Cascades. Registration opens 1 month prior to the event
