Join the Deschutes Land Trust for a melodious walk for kids around Camp Polk Meadow Preserve.

Norma Funai will lead children on an exploration around this beautiful Land Trust Preserve, focusing on birds and their habits, habitats, songs, and dances. Touch feathers and wings, dissect owl pellets, and observe birds as they go about their day. Registration is required and opens 30 days prior to the event; please register online at www.deschuteslandtrust.org/events. Rating: Easy, ~1 mile walk. What to Bring: Snacks, water, sturdy hiking shoes. Dress for the weather.
