Serena Bishop is head over heels in love; with life, riding bikes and writing stories, with her fiancée, Ben, and with the city she calls home, Bend Oregon. Since moving to Bend in 2006, Serena’s love affair with Bend has only grown more fervent. Blue skies, big mountains, the smell of pine trees and juniper, locally roasted coffee and tacky single track are just a few of the treasures Serena relishes on a daily basis.

As a competitive cyclist, skier, writer, and avid admirer of all things out-of-doors, Serena has found her niche in the tight-knit community of Bend; good people, simple pleasures and a work-life balance that means taking full advantage of all Central Oregon has to offer.
