What’s your Favorite Bend Adventure?
That’s like asking a Bendite what is your favorite beer to drink? There are so many options and they all vary by season. I would say you can’t go wrong finding a trail to hike, a lake to explore or floating the river to start your day. Then end your day by beginning your wonderful journey towards completing the Bend Ale Trail.
What’s Your Favorite Dining Spot?
Since I worked downtown for almost 5 years, my recommendation would be to go downtown during happy hour and explore several of the great restaurants downtown Bend has to offer. If I had to choose just one though, I would head to Zydeco and get started with the BBQ Shrimp with a pint of Boneyard RPM.
Best Piece of Advice For First Time Visitors To Bend?
I would tell them not to panic as they try to choose what activities to do during their visit. Don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere so you can come back as many times as you would like. My best piece of advice would be to come and visit during each season rather than just in the summer. Each season provides such a great opportunity to get out and explore the outdoors in different ways.
