Bend Parks & Recreation District
Maintaining 2,600+ Acres of Parkland in Bend
Bend Park and Recreation District (BPRD) exists to build a community connected to nature, active lifestyles and one another by providing exceptional park and recreation services for all ages. The district develops, manages, maintains and oversees a network of seventy parks, fitness centers, trail systems and community centers, all designed to enrich the lives of those who live in and visit Central Oregon. Take in a Bend Elks minor league baseball game at Genna Stadium, go curling or skating at The Pavilion ice rink, swim at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center, explore the newly opened Riley Ranch Nature Preserve, experience the joy of creativity at Art Station or let Rover roam at one of the many dog parks. Classes, camps, after school activities and sports leagues are available year round for all who want to perfect a skill or learn something new, and have a great time in the process. BPRD also rents numerous meeting rooms, fields and standalone facilities throughout Bend for parties, weddings, family reunions and more. However you choose to explore their vast resources, Bend Parks and Recreation District welcomes you and encourages you to Play for Life.
