Located on the west side of Sunriver Resort along the Deschutes River and west of Circle 3, Sunriver Stables provides visitors to both Sunriver Resort and to Central Oregon a way to enjoy the natural beauty of Sunriver and the region on horseback. Guests of all experience levels can get guided trail rides as well as pony rides for children between the ages of two and six starting in the spring season. Horseback riding lessons are also offered to those who want to learn the basics of grooming and saddling as well as experienced riders wanting polish up their riding skills. If you want to inquire about reserving pony rides, 1/2 hour, one hour, and two-hour trail rides, as well as a host of other activities, link to the Activity Request form, enter your guest information and desired choices. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival, and the Sunriver concierge will get back to you within 24 hours to get more details and book your request.
