Walk, run, or push a stroller with us at the World Vision Global 6K for Water on May 4, 2019. Each registration provides lasting clean water to a child, like the child on your race bib! When you walk or run the 6K you will get a t-shirt and a race bib with a unique child’s picture on it. Walkers and runners participate in the event for their pictured child.
The average distance that people in developing countries walk for water is 6 kilometers (3.72miles). Often the water they get is contaminated and makes them sick. This daily walk for water keeps children from attending school and prevents women from being able to participate in their communities. Please join us in walking and running these 6K, so that they don’t have to any more!
