The day will begin with a fun uplifting yoga practice led by MC YOGI, followed by a guided meditation and an inspiring talk about his journey from a chaotic youth to leading a purpose-filled, creative life.
After a lunch break, Amanda will guide you through a grounding yin practice, then rest back and enjoy a visual presentation of her art and listen to ancient wisdom stories. The day will conclude with a Q & A session with both MC YOGI and Amanda plus a book signing.
