The Forest Service and their partners invite you to watch an epic true story of courage, tragedy, natural disaster and human resilience. Followed by a community dialogue with an expert panel on history and fire management in the Pacific Northwest.
The evening will be hosted at The Belfry in Sisters, on Thursday, September 26th. The screening will take place from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., with the panel discussion following immediately after. Food, beer and wine will be available for purchase from The Belfry.

Mike Boero: Forest Service District Archaeologist
Roger Johnson: Sisters-Camp Sherman Fire District Chief
Alison Green: Central Oregon National Cohesive Wildfire Strategy Coordinator
James Osborne: Cascade Division Chief, Forest Service/BLM
Kim Lightley: Forest Service Critical Incident Specialist and survivor of South Canyon Fire
