This sno-park has a small parking area, provides access to 6 miles of ski trails, and connects to the Swampy and Dutchman trail systems.
This busy sno-park/trailhead is used to access non-motorized winter trails, as well as summer hiking/biking trails. There are toilets in the site and a warming hut available to winter users.
Formerly known as the Tangent area, this sno-park was renamed in memory Virginia Meissner, who taught cross-country skiing in Central Oregon for many years.
