Central Oregon Community College Poetry Month

Join Central Oregon Community College’s Barber Library annual celebration of National Poetry Month. Oregon Poet Laureate, Anis Mojgani, will bring his engaging spoken word poetry to a writing workshop and performance on May 10th (workshop 4:00-5:00 pm, performance 5:30-6:30 pm). COCC faculty and students will lead writing workshops on April 17th on the Redmond campus, April 25th on the Bend campus, and April 27th online. A Poetry Slam with prizes for participants 5:00-7:00 pm on May 5th on the Bend campus. All events are free and open to the public. More details at barber.cocc.edu/poetry.
