We’ll start with dialing in our bikes and body position and progress through several more skills before hopping on the nearby trails to test our new skills on a fun ride. Examples of skills we might work on are braking, cornering, switchbacks, wheel lifts, line choice, technical descending, getting up and over logs and rocks and line choice. The first 90 minutes will be skills and the last 90 minutes we will take those skills to the trail for a trail ride.
