We are excited to announce a series of intimate cooking classes that will tantalize taste buds and help you explore the culinary bounty in Central Oregon. Every other month you will find a new Central Oregon Chef wielding their culinary talents right before your eyes. Join us for an evening of wining and dining. This is the first of the series, be on the lookout for more dinners to come!
Your ticket to this dinner sponsors a family to take the High Desert Food & Farm Alliance’s (HDFFA) free Cooking Matters courses. Cooking Matters is a free 6-week long course that teaches students to prep, shop and create healthy meals on a budget, and are held throughout Central Oregon.
YOUR COOKING CLASS
Two hour class led by Brian Kerr, Executive Chef at Deschutes Brewery who will teach you how to prepare a full dinner course, which includes vegetables from Boundless Farmstead, beef from Barley Beef and pork from Home Farm Foods. After cooking you and fellow attendees will sit and enjoy the homemade masterpiece paired with delicious wine.
