Let’s celebrate the holidays with a long, nourishing, grounding yoga practice. With all the bright holiday energy around, it will be lovely to take some personal time to reflect and restore, to soothe the nervous system and find a bit of quiet “you” time. This yoga workshop will be part slow, gentle movement, part guided meditation, and most of all a long restorative practice with essential oils to unwind tension.
