Join Ladies AllRide in conjunction with Bend Women’s March and the Outdoor Women’s Fest for a morning mountain biking presentation at Hutch’s Eastside and afternoon skills session.
Ladies AllRide – a female-owned and operated mountain biking skills organization is excited to team up with Bend Women’s March and the Women’s Outdoor Festival to celebrate women in adventure sports. Ladies AllRide is dedicated to helping women develop a deeper understanding of the sport while learning to face fears, believe in themselves and accomplish more than they thought possible on the bike and in life. We will be offering a full day of instruction beginning with a two-hour indoor session that will cover gear, bikes, resources for traveling with your bike and a slideshow featuring correct and incorrect body positioning on the bike. We will then take a quick lunch break and head to the trails (TBD based on weather) to work on some of the skills we went over during the presentation. Please bring your own bikes, gear and be ready to ride after presentations by 1:00 p.m.
Inclusions: Included in the course is instruction, permits, and the guide fee.
Exclusions: Not included in the course cost is transportation, lunch (please plan to bring your own), or demo equipment. Demo and rental bikes are available throughout Bend retailers.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Bike, helmet, body armor
- Snacks + Hydration
