In conjunction with The High Desert Museum, Director of Natural Resources for the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Eric Quaempts will discuss a unique water management approach informed the concept of reciprocity and by water being a First Food, a culturally significant food that is honored and offered first in ceremonial feasts.
