Opened in 2016 in small development on a central street on Bend’s westside, you could drive by Bangers and Brews for weeks without noticing it, but you’d be making a mistake. You’d be missing out on an unassuming joint that was ranked #24 on Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in the US for 2017. You’d also miss out on the water buffalo sausage. Yes, you read that right. If you’re not curious by now, you should be.

3. Pick one sauce.
With options ranging from chimichurri to garlic aioli to sweet peppers to chili and reindeer, rabbit and duck, you’ve got your work cut out for you making a decision. The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner 11:00am-8:00pm Monday through Thursday and later on Friday and Saturday, is available for private events and business lunches. As they say, “we understand that the best way isn’t always the fastest or easiest way, and we’re ok with that. We believe that quality food, made from scratch, can still be sold at an honest price.”
