[body] => When Jackson's Corner originally opened in the old Delaware Market building on Delaware Ave deep in a neighborhood on Bend's west side, they could hardly have been prepared for the response. Quickly a favorite with families and visitors and a common gathering place for groups and friends, Jackson's Corner is welcoming, comfortable, bustling and personal. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner at their original location as well as their second location on Bend's east side on Neff Rd across from St. Charles hospital, they offer seasonal outdoor dining. From baking their own bread to serving a wide variety of beverages from their cooler wall to their daily specials, Jackson's Corner is hospitable and delicious. They believe in "conscious sourcing of food" because it is better for our own health and our communities. They believe that it is possible to "support your local farmer within a restaurant". The cheesy sticks on the kid's menu are always a hit, and they offer a limited hamburger special on Thursdays.
