Noi Thai Cuisine in Bend is located in the Franklin Crossing building at the corner of Franklin Ave and Bond St. It’s part of the Bai Tong family of restaurants which began in Seattle in 1989, initially making its mark as a favorite stopover for Thai Airways crews at Sea-Tac airport. Bend is the first location of their Noi Thai brand, which has grown to include other locations, all featuring their “delicate authentic Thai tastes”. Noi Thai offers a variety of traditional Thai dishes that will please the palate and transport you straight to the heart of southeast Asia. Orders may be placed family style or individually. In addition to traditional Thai culinary selections, the family decided to offer “royal” Thai dishes to its fine dining menu, a style which is known for its refinement, cooking techniques, presentation, ingredients, and flavors suitable to serve the Thai Royal Family. They say their team “is their best asset. From our chefs, waiters, bartenders, and managers – they are all top talents, experts in creating a vitalizing experience for our customers.”
