Every single review for the Scoutpost food cart on their Facebook page is for 5 stars. One says that, whatever you’re doing right now, you need to stop so you can go there right now and get donut holes. Located in the food cart pod next to Spoken Moto on Industrial Way in the Mill Quarter, just down the way from Crux, Scoutpost says they make clay oven flatbread sandwiches, salads, roasted chicken and pastries using ingredients sourced from local farms. They use meats that are sustainably raised on pastures right here in the Cascades and produce that is also from local farms as much as possible. The Beginner’s Guide to Bend says “Scoutpost is the best food cart in Bend, hands down.”
