Located on Wall St in Downtown Bend, Sidelines Sports Bar and Grill calls itself the “biggest sports bar in Central Oregon”. We are not sure if they are measuring size based on square footage, number of screens or size of team spirit, but they say that they have 30 flat screens and the “locals who know go”, and that’s hard to argue with. According to one reviewer, Sidelines can do it all: “Hungover? Go to Sidelines. Favorite team playing? Go to Sidelines. Hungry? Go to Sidelines. Boyfriend trouble? Go to Sidelines.” Again, hard to argue with. Sidelines serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and has been around for quite a while in sports bar years. Reviewers consistently (really, almost all of them) mention the great, friendly staff. Happy Hour (reviewers suggest the sliders) runs from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and pops right back up again from 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. One reviewer described Sidelines as “very Seahawks friendly” so, depending how you feel about the closest NFL franchise to Central Oregon, this could be a plus or a minus.
