Toomies’s Thai Cuisine, Bend’s original Thai restaurant, has been located on Minnesota Ave. in the heart of downtown since 1995. With dishes noted from slightly spicy, to spicy, to “look out” you’re sure to find the level of heat you’re looking for. Appetizers include Crispy Tofu, Gung Bacon, Keo Heng, Phu Jaa, and other authentic Thai cuisines. You can add a Thai Salad or one of the soup selections, or jump straight to the entrees such as Kah Prow, Gai Taut, and Ma Kur. There are several noodle and rice dishes to choose from, along with curry choices and house specials, such as Lotus Talay. With 35 lunch specials to choose from, allow plenty of time for that lunch hour, or check out the options online before you come in.
