Washington Dining and Cocktails on Bend’s Mt. Washington Drive was inspired by their love of remarkable food and a passion for where we live. Together with their classic, nostalgic dishes, Washington offers creative touches like freshly shucked oysters and other seafood, salads you can build yourself with a variety of toppings, a unique bento box-style kids menu, and liquid therapy at the bar, including signature bottled therapy drinks, seasonal craft cocktails, hand-crafted elixirs and many brews on tap. Brunch is also served, with dishes from the Goat Cheese, Cherry Tomato & Avocado Omelet to The Notorious Buffalo Chicken Salad. Their To Go window makes it easy to pick out your order online and then grab a fabulous meal for home, work, or wherever you’re headed. Open daily from 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., with extended hours on Friday and Saturday until 10:00 p.m. They also take reservations and offer gift cards.
