Wild Oregon Foods is a Northwest-inspired delicatessen located on the south end of the Bend Factory Stores shopping center on Bend’s east side. A diner style restaurant, they are committed to creating delicious, fresh and locally sourced food. Wild Oregon Foods sources their ingredients from all over central Oregon and the Pacific Northwest to craft beautiful healthy Jewish and Italian delicatessen style dishes, serving favorites like knishes, matzo ball soup, potato latkes, all beef hot dogs, homemade mustards, and more, as well as some vegetarian options. Entrees include Elk Bolognese and Bison Mac & Cheese that can be enjoyed while sipping a handcrafted cocktail. Wild Oregon Foods also caters, and can come to you or you can rent out space in their restaurant, or the entire thing, including their full bar. They are also able to bring the bar to you. While the restaurant is casual, they have created menus for farm to table events, school auctions, fundraisers, holidays, and BBQ’s. Their executive chef is classically trained, with more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant world, and has been the head chef and managed catering for high-end companies like Carrie Dove in San Francisco, and Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon.
