Bohemian Roastery Coffee

Bohemian Roastery is one of a handful of committed coffee roasters in the US that roast using only seasoned hard wood. This way of roasting has long been abandoned by mainstream coffee companies in the world. These titans of the coffee industry choose to roast using petroleum or forced hot air. This is done mainly because it is faster and requires less attention to produce very large quantities of beans. We built our custom designed roaster with the idea that slow roasting small batches of quality beans would produce a superior cup of coffee. This is not a new idea, just a better idea.
