Foxtail Bakeshop & Kitchen is a Bakeshop first and Kitchen second. We have a small breakfast and lunch menu tailored to offer something different than any other food place. We are not your typical eating space but rather a sweet place to pop into and try something different. You will not find hearty large plates but artistic, flavorful and playful food.

Foxtail’s food encompasses whimsical re-imagined classics and innovative specials. Foxtail Bakeshop & Kitchen is a neighborhood bakery/cafe that cares deeply about what and who we serve. Tuesday – Sunday we are offering breakfast until 11:00 a.m., delicious lunch until 4:00 p.m., specialty coffee (from Lone Pine & Megaphone), specialty tea from Jasmin Pearl Tea Company, desserts, cakes & pastries with the occasional cocktail. We love what we do and want to create a space and community around food, nature, art and the joy of making magic upon your palate.

In the warmer months, guests can bask in the sidewalk cafe while enjoying the fire pit outside with their cocktail. Inside, you’ll be surrounded by works from local artists – where you can lounge, work, or catch up with friends and family!

3 Days Of Winter Happiness

There are two locations but the Sparrow Baker at Northwest Crossing as more indoor space. We recommend the breakfast sandwich croissant, but really, you can’t go wrong with a fresh pastry and coffee either. After you’ve enjoyed your breakfast head to Pine Mountain Sports to rent some snowshoes and a Sno-park pass to do a little snowshoeing for your day activity. Pine Mountain Sports is really informative so it is a great place to ask for trail recommendations. If you’d rather go…
