Located by the Deschutes River between Old Bend and the Old Mill, Bikram Yoga is a proud member of the Original Hot Yoga Association. Regardless of your age or experience, their yoga classes are meant to challenge your body, quiet your mind and feed your soul. To receive the maximum benefit from your Bikram Yoga practice it is suggested that you attend class 3 to 5 times a week, causing a lot of changes to happen very quickly. The scientifically created sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises is designed to be practiced for 90 minutes in a heated (100° plus) room to allow the body to stretch, detoxify, relieve stress, tone, and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more. They also offer a referral program, a Friday Night Community Class, and a Karma Yoga Program.
