Bend Church of the Nazarene is located on 27th St on Bend’s east side. The active, robust church has a full events calendar, with quilting, workout classes, youth groups for various ages, health clinics, choir practice, potlucks, and other meal events on the busy calendar. Newcomers have an opportunity to get introduced to the Church of the Nazarene in a discovery class format, usually held on a Sunday evening, with the chance to ask questions and learn if you would like to formally join the church. Whether you join or not, you are always welcome to fellowship, worship, connect, and serve with them. They also offer Life Groups, Adult Bible Fellowships, and Ministry Teams as well as learning opportunities, community service projects, and ways to connect for all ages. They also host weekly prayer meetings, DivorceCare, and Griefshare. Sunday services are held at two separate times (9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.) at their location in the Mountain View area of northeast Bend, and they have a Spanish service at 12:00 p.m.
