Local Pilates instructor Gabi believes that Pilates is for everybody, regardless of their predisposition. She says she sees life changing results with Pilates for her clients and she is very proud to be part of their transformation. The focus at her private studio is helping you achieve your health and fitness goals in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The studio was established in 2002 as one of the first studios in town. Gabi teaches the Central Oregon community in a way that stays true to the classical system as Joseph Pilates developed it. She still teach clients who have been with her since day one. Gabi holds a degree in exercise sciences, fitness and dance from the University of Leipzig and also earned a special certification for back rehabilitation, working with health insurance and doctors to help clients with back issues.

Since 1993, she has worked in the fitness field both in Germany and in the US, teaching aerobic, step, cardio and other fitness programs, as well as offering personal training.
