Tangerine is a full-service hair salon located next to the upscale Oxford Hotel in downtown Bend that uses only high-end hair products, stays up-to-date on the latest color processes, styles and trends, and is proudly “eco-friendly”, using sustainable and green materials as a primary part of its operations.
