Tribe Women’s Fitness has a mission to serve women from the deepest to most superficial parts of their souls. Inspired by the Red Tent Movement’s long-held tradition of meditation, nourishing food, a circle in which to speak and listen, and a space to share and reflect as women, they seek to educate and facilitate tribes of women put together mainly by you and your friends — in their personal physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. By helping you set goals, provide personal group training sessions, and offer additional workshops, research has discovered that having a reliable workout buddy (or buddies) increases your chances of sticking with your program and translates into long-term support. Services include private sessions, Barre + Weights, Buti Yoga, Latin Dance, and Cross Yoga. They recommend booking online to reserve your spot, as the class may be canceled without you being informed. Packages are available, as well as an unlimited monthly for $99/month, or $49/month for signing up a friend with you, with access to events, free child care, and more.
