Yoga Indigo is a private and unique yoga studio in downtown Bend, close to Drake Park. They specialize in private yoga lessons, with a goal to help you develop, grow, and thrive. Yoga Indigo is for those who already love yoga and want to deepen their practice and learn more, have an issue, injury, or special condition to focus on specifically, are new to yoga and feel intimidated by bigger classes, or have tried it and felt lost or overwhelmed. Other reasons to try it may include: class times at other studios that just don’t seem to fit in with your schedule; you’d like to have a special class just for you and your daughter, or spouse, a few friends, or some of your co-workers; or you have been looking something different, but just haven’t found it yet. Private yoga lessons, teacher training and workshops, and retreats are all offered.
