Open daily in the Old Mill District shopping area, White House Black Market believes in the honest simplicity of black and white, and the remarkable individuality of the different styles built from it. Their passion has always been to make women feel beautiful and their clothing remains a symbol of who they are. Started in 1985 as a single, tiny neighborhood boutique called The White House in Baltimore, Maryland, they offered unique, individual collections of fabulous clothing and accessories in shades of white and ivory. Expanding on the original theme, they opened Black Market in 1995, and in 1997 they combined both boutiques into one concept, the White House Black Market and now have over 300 boutiques. They are open Monday – Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
