Bringing bikes and craft beer together in one experience, Cycle Pub looks like a trolley or cable car, but the customers pedal the passenger “bike” while seated at counters and drink locally crafted beer or wine and eat snacks to keep powered up, while the driver handles the rest. From the Big Bike that accommodates between eight and fourteen riders at a minimum age of 12 years old, to the Small Bike or Cycle Round that is ideal for groups of four to six, all tours are two hours long and book as a private group. Tours make a stop at Silver Moon Brewing for their sponsorship then lap around Bend. Music and growler caddies to secure any beverages in motion are included along with the entire bike and pro bike pilot and guide. BYO beer, cider, and wine service in growlers/bottles for groups of legal age and your own cups if not investing in Cycle Pub Silipints.

The Most Epic Labor Day Weekend in Bend

We all enjoy the perk of having a 3-day weekend (or longer) at the beginning of September. It’s a good excuse to squeeze in the last summer vacation before school starts and certain activities close down for the colder months. One of the coolest places to spend that vacation to take full advantage of the end of summer recreation is Bend, Oregon. Whether you want to spend it sipping cold brews along the Bend Ale Trail, floating the Deschutes River, hiking along one of Bend’s infamous trails, or shopping at the Old Mill District, these activities are a good way to fill in your sunny vacation days and will make for one epic weekend in Bend.
