One of the first campgrounds that you come to when coming to the Cascade Lakes area past Mt. Bachelor about 26 miles west of Bend. Soda Creek is popular for those who want to hike into the Sisters Wilderness from the east side or for those going around Broken Top to the Three Creeks area. Soda Creek wetlands area is around the campground, so it can be buggy in early spring. Mostly sunny, with a shallow creek and wide open, it provides fishing and hiking opportunities along with beautiful mountain views from most of the ten first-come-first-serve campsites. Per night, per site fee, is $10 for the first vehicle and $5 for each additional vehicle. Maximum site spur length is 30 feet, there is no potable water, but there is a vault toilet.
