Wolf Creek Campground is located in a shaded ponderosa pine forest adjacent to Wolf Creek, with Paulina as the closest town, about 12 miles away. A first-come-first-served facility, amenities include tent camping, RV, and trailer camping trailer, picnic tables, three vault toilets and parking, but no water. RV campsites are located on both sides of FS Road 42, and the entrance and interior roads are narrow and have tight turns, so a maximum length of 20 feet is required. There is no pavement for parking, hookups for sewer or electric and no dump stations. For tent camping, there are a total of 16 sites on both sides of FS Road 42, and each campsite has room for at least one vehicle and tent camping. Fees per night, per site, are $6 for the first vehicle and $3 for each additional vehicle, and there is a 14 day stay limit on all National Grassland and US Forest Service land including campgrounds and other developed facilities. Fees are applicable between May and November.
