Bend Ale Trail ™ Rules & Restrictions

 - You must be 21 or over to receive the prizing
 - Limit one Silipint per person; Limit one "extra credit" prize per person
 - No photocopies of Bend Ale Trail ™ Passports will be accepted
 - Must present ID (showing name and date of birth) when Bend Ale Trail ™ Passport is redeemed at Visit Bend
 - It is not necessary for each Bend Ale Trail ™ Passport holder to be present at the time the Passport is redeemed. However, it is necessary to present one ID and one Bend Ale Trail ™ Passport for each prize.
- Prizing is limited to stock on hand
- No purchase is required to participate in the Bend Ale Trail ™


1. Are Silipints available for purchase? No, not currently. Visit Bend has other Bend Ale Trail merchandise items available for purchase including tees, hats, bottle openers, books and more.

2. Can each member of my family redeem a Bend Ale Trail Passport for a prize? Yes, as long as each family member is 21 or older.

3. Can I bring my friend’s Bend Ale Trail Passport and pick up their Silipint? Yes, as long as he or she is 21 and you bring along the original Bend Ale Trail Passport.

4. If I forget to get a stamp from a brewery, can I get a stamp at Visit Bend? No. Visit Bend does not provide Bend Ale Trail Passport stamps.

5. Is there a deadline to turn in a Bend Ale Trail  Passport? No, there is currently no deadline. However, prizes are limited to stock on hand.

6. Can I redeem my Bend Ale Trail  Passport and receive my Silipint by mail?
Yes. Please send the following to Visit Bend, 750 NW Lava Road, Suite 160, Bend, OR 97701:
- Your original passport(s)
- A copy of a driver's license or other other showing birth date - for each passport.
- Your mailing address
- $5 shipping and handling per passport

7. Do I receive any prize for a partially completed Bend Ale Trail Passport? No. Remember, the Three Creeks Brewery in Sisters is “extra credit”. You need to have stamps from all seven Bend breweries to receive a prize. Then the 8th stamp, to get the extra credit.

8. Does it matter what order I receive my stamps in? No

9. Can I take my underage children into these breweries? Generally, yes. Please contact the brewery if you have questions or need additional details. Minors are not eligible to complete a Bend Ale Trail Passport.

10. How can I get around the Bend Ale Trail without driving?
There are several companies in Bend that offer Bend Ale Trail tours. We have the Bend Brew Bus, the GETIT shuttle and pedicab services, and the Cowboy Carriage Company. The Bend Ale Trail is both bike-able and walk-able with most breweries being within a few square miles of each other. If you prefer to be shuttled or take a pedicab, contact the GETIT Shuttle (also known as Green Energy Transportation & Intra-area Tour shuttle) at (541) 610-6103. They offer a standing Bend Ale Trail tour every first Saturday of the month and are happy to schedule a private group tour. The Bend Brew Bus is coming to a stop near you offering daily Bend Ale Trail tours between all of the Bend breweries. Call 877-389-8359 for more information and details.The Cowboy Carriage Company offers an open-air horse drawn carriage experience to get around the Bend Ale Trail.
